Late by more than 15 mins=$25 & $5 each additional 5 mins late

Appointment will automatically be cancelled if service provider has not heard from client 30 mins after service time and will be treated as a no show.

Appointment date or time change within 2 calendar days of initial appointment =loss of deposit 

Last minute cancellations on day of appointment will result in loss of deposit, requirement of full balance paid on day of booking in the event a 2nd appointment is booked and $50 cancellation fee added to rebooked appointment.
